Ok, now we officially can’t wait for Rihanna’s new album! Moments ago, Elvis Duran premiered the Dr. Luke-produced “You Da One,” Rihanna’s second single off Talk That Talk.” According to the singer’s manager, Jay Brown, she plans on shooting the video in London before the end of the year and is tapping Melina Matsoukas (who recently directed “We Found Love“) to direct.
