ACNE has recently released their Spring/Summer 2012 capsule collection featuring an interesting all-white design and concept. The 20-piece collection is all womenswear and consists of re-interpretations of classic ACNE pieces from over the years, re-created all in white. I think I’m in love!

Acne was all about layering, belts, small waists and lots of fabric! Super thick waist belts took over the show (the new-age corset, perhaps?), nipping in quilted jackets, and luring through inflated shirts. Colors started in deep dark maroons and oranges onto more acidic splashes of green, blues, and yellow. Structure and definition rained the Acne show for sure. A+! -TLI

Can we all just take a moment to drool over the beauty that is the Acne Resort 2012 Collection?! The Swedish brand premiered its Resort S/S 2012 collection in NYC.
Once again, the concept was great: a huge stage studio transformed into a David lynch - inspired surreal room within a room. The place was crowded, 200 guests from the world of fashion, art and architecture, with Garance Dore, Taylor Tomasi Hill, Tom Guiness and Peter Marino among them.
