“Bathed in sunlight. Fueled by optimism. Girls and cars stop and stare at the future in this Technicolor mise-en-scéne of desire.” says PRADA on its latest campaign images. Once again, the luxury brand seamlessly beats out a ton of other campaign’s this year with its 1950s-inspired, sunny and sophisticated gas station setting shot by Steven Meisel. Hot rods, luxe, and sophisticated all star models. What more could you ask for?

She looks stunning rocking what seems to be the most important accessories of the year, making her mundane (but secretly chic) outfits pop! And can we talk about these shoes?!

These images shot by Paco Peregrin and partly Art Directed by Conor Cronin, both of Barcelona, stopped me in my tracks the other day. The fact that they were created for an outdoor and Print campaign for The Barcelona City Council seems a bit random – I would be curious to learn about the concept behind them.
