Christopher Bailey presents Burberry Prorsum’s 2013 fall/winter collection titled ”I ♥ Classics.” The collection was a love letter to the houses classic pieces but with a new, off beat twist.

The rubber macs, leopard print and ponyskin inserts were all a feast for the eyes and the heart print was a literal evocation of the collection’s theme. There was plenty of strong English tailoring and playful details that will undoubtedly keep the snappy Brit boys sat front row happy.

BURBERRY PRORSUM PRE-FALL/WINTER 2013 COLLECTION

Christopher Bailey and the Burberry design team took a good look back into the Burberry archives and transferred the prestigious British fashion houses designs into modern silhouettes and patterns.

The collection features impressive silhouettes and a lot of knitwear along with overcoats, duffle coats and luxe cardigans. As always, high quality fabrics are very important in this Prorsum line, including textiles like cashmere, animal print and sculptural plongé leather. Classy and chic! We dig it!

The Milan menswear shows have officially started and kicked off with a bang! First, with Burberry. Designer, Christopher Bailey, stays true to the brands classic, Eglish history while simultaneously updating it with contemporary silhouettes and beautiful contrasting detailing.
