Up and coming designers always excite us - especially when they’re as talented as Mozambican designer Talibo Bacar.
For his FW13 Exclusive Collection, Taibo drew inspiration from a recent trip to Rome and created another amazing collection complete with colorful bustier tops, elegant dresses, skirts, along with the usage of a local African fabric “Capulana“, with cotton, silk, mesh and lace.

Held in the marble interiors of Paris’ Opera Comique, the Alexander McQueen Fall/Winter 2013 show was an intimate presentation owing to designer Sarah Burton’s maternity leave, with just 10 looks.

As per usual, Balmain kept it sleek, chic, and super “haute” this season!
Continuing the tendency of their Spring 2013 collection, creative director Olivier Rousteing further played with his ‘Glam Rock’ approach which was inspired by 80s silhouettes and proportions. Quilted metallic jackets, crystal encrusted belts, voluminous skirts and strong shoulders were all featured in the collection which you can view after the jump:

Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2013 was strong, sexy, confident, and quite refined. The brand’s pregnant creative director Frida Giannini took ladylike shapes and subverted them with hard-edged, forthrightly sexy materials and styling.

Never one to skimp on details, Mary Katrantzou once again really turns out this season! All of the pieces were classic Katrantzou, bubbling with scenic photo prints, origami-style pleats, and strong, structured shoulders.

Once again Cushnie et Ochs designers Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs deliver yet another sizzling hot collection that lacked anything but true sex appeal. From their selection of skintight pencil skirts, whisper-thin strappy tanks, and backless dresses to their signature brand of sultry detailing:

Tadashi Shoji took his inspiration for Fall from Russian history, culture and style. The result is a blending of aristocratic vestments and almost folk-like costumes. Dark, feminine, and regally sexy. A gorgeous succession of looks. Full show after the jump:
