Indie Pop sensation, The xx, have dropped the next tune from their upcoming album Coexist (out 9/10/12 in the UK), a serenely minimalistic cut entitled “Angels.” It’s vintage Romy & co., as the trio presents the nuts and bolts of their preferred aesthetic, which turns up Romy’s haunting vocals and mellows the bass and Jamie’s production.
